Our goal is to make sure that every student gets every book he/she wants in a timely manner. To reach this goal we have developed a special order program that will starts on the first day of each term. Here's how it works.

OPTION 1:
> Use our Textbook Online Ordering Program. Special order your book(s) online and
   pick them up at the bookstore.

OPTION 2:
> Come to the text department and fill out a special order form for each book
   that you want.
> Bring the form to the text department information counter for price verification.
> Take the form to the customer service desk upstairs and pay for the book.
> We will order your book requesting 2nd day air shipping from the publisher.
   We will not charge you for shipping if you place your order during the first two
   weeks of the quarter.
> We will notify you by phone or email when your book arrives (usually within 3-5
   business days).
> Bring your receipt to the text department information counter to pick up your book.
