Course Materials Department Return policy
>Sales on textbooks are final and non-refundable if purchased after the regular refund period.

>Readers/Course Packets/Custom Published materials are
non-refundable.

>Special Orders are non-refundable.

>New books must be in new condition: no scratches, bent corners,
writing, dents, stains, torn pages or covers, etc. (Leaving a book in
your backpack can cause unintended damage.)

>If you bought a shrink-wrapped package, you need to bring back
all the pieces to get a refund.

>Books with opened software packages may not be returned.
