to the Computer Department for authorization before seeking
credit at
the Customer Service counter.
ALL COMPUTER DEPARTMENT RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED
BY REGISTER RECEIPTS TO BE
CONSIDERED FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES - NO EXCEPTIONS!
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON APPLE PRODUCTS
Printer Toner & Ink Cartridges:
There are NO RETURNS on OPENED ink or toner cartridges. There
are no exceptions. It is the customer’s responsibility
to make sure the ink/toner cartridge is correct for their
printer. Defective ink/toner is subject to an exchange for
the
exact same ink/toner only!
Memory
All RAM sales are final. There are no returns or cancellations
on memory orders. Defective memory is subject to an
exchange for the EXACT SAME MEMORY ONLY!
Special Orders:
Special Orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on
OPENED special order items OR items under $25 (before tax).
DEFECTIVE Special Order items are subject to EXCHANGE
ONLY and must be exchanged within 7 days. There are NO RETURNS
OR EXCHANGES on any Special
Order APPLE hardware items or CONSOLE games/accessories. There
are NO CANCELLATIONS on Special Orders
that HAVE BEEN SHIPPED by the vendor.
Hardware:
UNOPENED hardware items except computers may be returned within
15 days of original purchase. Hardware that
is
open and not defective (except computers) may be returned
within 7 days of the original purchase with
the complete original
packaging. A 15% RESTOCKING fee will be assessed.
Defective hardware items may be returned or exchanged
within 15 days of original purchase with the complete original
packaging. After 15 days it is the customer’s responsibility
to contact the manufacturer for warranty services. There are
NO RETURNS on OPENED cables. Defective cables
are subject to exchange only. There are NO RETURNS on open
media. It is the customers responsibility to verify that
purchased media is compatible with their hardware.
Software:
UNOPENED software items may be returned within 30 days of
the original purchase provided that the software is not a
discontinued product. OPENED software is NOT RETURNABLE
under any circumstances unless the product comes
with a money-back guarantee.
Console Game Systems - Nintendo Game
Cube, Sony Playstation2, Microsoft Xbox, & X360:
There are absolutely to returns on console game systems, games,
and accessories unless defective. Defective returns must
be made within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 days,
it is the customer’s responsibility to send Xbox’s
back directly
to Microsoft; Playstations must go to a service center. All
sales are final on Special Order console systems, games,
and/or accessories. There are no exceptions. Defective games
are eligible for a direct replacement of the exact same title.
No refunds or exchanges - NO EXCEPTIONS.
